ShiftSwapHub lets a venue publish shifts, request cover, approve swaps and export the weekly rota. The demo venue, Luigi's Trattoria, is sample data and is not a live workplace.
Managers create a venue and share its invite code. Employees join with that code. You are responsible for the accuracy of the rota and for keeping login credentials private. One person, one account.
Starter is $19 per month for a single venue, or $182 per year. Pro is $49 per month, or $470 per year. Yearly billing is 20% less than twelve monthly payments. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Subscriptions renew for the period you chose until you cancel in the Stripe billing portal. Checkout and the customer portal are provided by Stripe. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
ShiftSwapHub warns managers when a swap would double-book someone or exceed the weekly hour cap you set. Those warnings are aids, not legal advice. Managers remain responsible for rest breaks, overtime, minor-worker rules and any other local labour law.
Do not use the service to store data you have no right to process, to probe other venues, or to send messages to people who have not joined your team. We may suspend a venue that threatens the security of the service.
We aim for reliable hosting on Vercel and Supabase. Planned maintenance is announced in the dashboard when it affects approvals. The service is provided as available; scheduling decisions should not depend on uninterrupted uptime during service.
To the extent the law allows, ShiftSwapHub is not liable for lost wages, missed shifts, or indirect damages arising from a swap, an export, or downtime. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
